Photograph a book
One photo of the cover. Bookommo reads the title, author, language and age range, and fills in the rest. No barcodes, no typing, and it works on well-loved paperbacks with no ISBN.

It lands on your family's shelf
Every family has one shelf, shared by both parents. Add the books your children have outgrown or finished, and mark the ones you would rather keep.

Friends borrow, and bring it back
Families in your community browse the shelves, ask to borrow, and you say yes. A loan lasts about two weeks, with a gentle reminder before it is due. Bookommo always knows where each book is.
Why it works
Closed by design
There is no public sign-up. A community is a real group of parents who already know each other, and you get in because one of them invited you. Only the families in your community can see your shelf.
Built for children's books
Books carry age range and language, the two things parents actually filter on. Browse what suits a five-year-old who reads in Spanish, and skip the rest.
Handover made easy
Arrange the swap in the conversation attached to each loan. If meeting is hard, a community can name a handover spot, a shop or a coworking space, where books can be left and collected.
